This jewelry set is also marketed for girls; however I think it is a little bit too grown up for young girls, but that, of course is up to you. The metals are mostly hypoallergenic, so you are not likely to have any problems, unless you have extremely sensitive skin. As I said, I think you can't go wrong gifting this set or getting it for yourself, since it is very beautiful, charming on all types of people, and not likely to go out of style, because it is such a classical design.
