This is my first NATO/Zulu watch strap. I decided to go with a top quality strap because I have a heavier watch. This strap is expensive, but worth every penny. I got it because my new Steinhart dive watch has a very large bracelet that contributes considerably to its overall 190 gram weight. I work at a desk and the bracelet kept hitting the desk, which would ultimately scratch the new watch. So I decided to try this strap. I removed the bracelet and put it away and installed this. This is my everyday watch, not a dress item, and I find the DaLuca strap to be super comfortable. It too makes contact with the desk, but since it is fabric, nothing is getting scratched. I've intentionally gotten it wet, and it dries super fast. It is also quite long. I have a 7.5 inch wrist with plenty of strap to spare. There are many holes so you can get a good fit. I've received many positive comments on it.So, if you need something to put your "hard use" watch on, I think this is the one.

It is said that the more money you make, the less expensive things get. If you would've asked me 5 years ago that I would end up paying $30 for this, I would have called you crazy. Not so much now. As a maintenance mechanic at a shipyard, the durability of this strap is pretty good and it washes pretty well with soap and warm water. Is it a little overpriced? Possibly. But I don't have a sewing machine nor do I want to spend the time stitching this thing by hand. So, there you go.

Somewhat disappointing on the quality. Expected more for the price. I have been using this watch band for three months and find that the holes stretch and make the watch for loose. Lack of reenforcement.

I have NATO bands I bought for as little as $7 and 5 ring Zulus for $15 to $18. Even at those prices, the quality varies noticeably. My dive watch pretty much only looks good in black and there was no way I was going to pay $30 - until I did just that. The DaLuca is the best quality I've seen, thicker webbing and the stainless 'keepers' are have a fine and even brushed finish. It's a better choice than buying two mediocre bands. The band is long, a plus for people who use the watch for actual diving. I used the pliers and coin trick to trim mine, takes all of two minutes. Zulus, in general, are the most comfortable watchbands I've ever worn and this is the best Zulu.

This a very well made strap with substantial hardware and thick nylon, but is just too much for my taste. When paired with a Seiko dive watch it was difficult to wear under a jacket with close fitting cuffs. I replaced with the DaLuca NATO 1 Piece strap which is a perfect fit for me.

Great length for watch band for people with normal man sized wrists. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but works great

Received the strap and spent 1 hour trying to figure it out with no luck very strange design and bulky. No directions ....Yes, it is made of good quality strapping and buckle. uncomfortable fit and strap is way too long andI have large wrists. I just don't get the design at all. Also over priced with no packaging.

I've been wearing this strap daily on my Citizen Nighthawk for about three months and it's held up really well. The hole in the strap I use to close it every day hasn't stretched out, nor is there any fraying. I'm happy.
