It is exactly what you are expecting. I am using this on a Garmin Fenix 2. This is the right dimension for that watch 26mm. I like this a lot better then the original bulky rubber, it is breathable and great for running. Like any nylon strap I find it needs to break in a bit to get comfortable. My only compliant with this specific one is that the metal fastener was a bit bent out of shape so the first few times putting it on, the fastener would miss the hole to connect into. I had to bend it into place, so the metal may not be the finest if that is what you are looking for. Just be mindful that this strap may need a bit of breaking in to get it right on your wrist.

It was the wrong size but amazon refunded it no problem . The quality of the nylon was very nice though.

I'm satisfied with the overall quality of this strap. But one or two more holes would make the band more comfortable when the wrist swells.
