The watch winder arrived earlier this week. Had some problems setting the fingerprint reader. Realized my fingerprints on one hand were worn and not usable for that purpose. My other hand is fine concerning fingerprint registration. I contacted support services and the two women responding were prompt to help. Thank you.The motor turning the cuffs are completely SILENT. Seems many manufacturers of Asian watch winders all use the same Japanese motor. The winder stands in my bedroom.The fit and finish on the cabinet is professional. Great workmanship with a smooth piano surface.Just wipe off any smudges with a soft towel or microfiber towel.I only wish each cuff TPD could be programmed individually. Lastly, the blue light illuminates from above. Would have preferred 2 lights on the sides vertically. We've seen that offered but at a much higher price.Dukwin 6 watch winder is affordable.

Rotors vibrate loudly as the watches are turning. Clips that hold the watches in the slots as they spin are very loosely gripped. There is no snap in place like you would expect so there is a fear of the watch falling out. Extremely difficult to program and there is no backup key lock to the electronic fingerprint scan to open door. That alone can result in many issues

Beautiful design and great presentation for your watches. First one was received damaged and returned, second one had one motor not working. Manufacturer sent a replacement and it was perfect. Great customer service!

The watch case is lighter than I thought, but the finish is pristine and the material choice is sensible. When I first opened the case, it smelled like faux leather, which makes sense as most of the interior is lined with it. The shipping box had a little bit of damage, but the foam used protected the case and I didn’t see any damage.The transparent panel is a polymer (probably acrylic or polycarbonate), and it had some smudges on it that I cleaned off easily, afterwards I was relieved that there were zero scratches since the plastic does not have a protective film.The watch Pillows are very easy to use and hold all my watches well. The buttons are placed in a good position and make removing the watch quick. They are made with faux leather and textured plastic, and the springs keep the band taught, with the fake leather keeping the watch from sliding around. The plastic feels a bit cheap (like a car interior), but functionally the pillows work flawlessly. The cups the watches sit in are lined with a soft material, and the cup itself rotates with the watchWhen running the motors with the door open, they make a bit of noise (nothing too bad), but when the door is closed the motors are very quiet and unless you’re in a silent room you won’t hear them.The fingerprint lock is powered independently by a battery that has to be charged via a micro-USB port. I thought this was strange at first, but it ensures that the watch case can be opened during a power outage. The fingerprint scanner has yet to fail me, it always identifies my finger quickly and opens up.The blue lights in the case offer a cool lighting effect, but I wish it were further away from the watches so that they could light up the watch face and recharge the lume. I might install some UV lights on the door in order to do just that…The UI is very intuitive and the included controller is great for controlling the lights. Each motor/watch can have its own direction (left, right, both) and rotations per day (650, 750, 850, 1000, 1950), you can turn each motor off individually, or the whole winder off. The touchscreen is very responsive and I really like the brushed metal frame around the screen/display.A brush and microfiber cloth is included to keep the case and the watches free of dust and fingerprints. You’ll need them as the piano finish reveals everything, but it is easy to clean.

This is a great watch winder, it's got a ton of settings, and is super quiet. I have this in a closet, and it works and looks great. very happy with it.
