This cross and chain is amazing.....Has some weight to it but not too much....This French nickel feels and looks like pewter. Has an old fashion feel to it. Chain has no clasp which means you put it over your head. I think this cross and chain is more suited for a female because chain just makes it over my head comfortably and cross needs to be a bit larger for a male.. .....Do not believe most males would be able to get chain over their head.I liked this cross and chain so much, I just ordered a second one, in case I would lose this one I received. Engraving is beautiful.....I wear it most of the time.....very comfortable to wear.....Highly recommended.

Good size, nice weight and very good detail --- but subtle. If you want something that "pops" -- this isn't it. Note ** Chain has no clasp, so if your head is on the large size - it is a little difficult to get on and off.

Extremely impressed with the detail and quality of this piece! I did not expect such a quality item for the price, very very happy with this purchase! The chain does not have a clasp of any kind, so you just pull it down over your head, but that does not bother me in the least. I've worn it 24/7 since purchase and neither the chain or the pendant have changed color or effected my skin in any way, as some have in the past (irritation, turning my neck green, etc.). It comes in a nice gift box and is heavier than I expected, though not too heavy for a necklace. Again, the quality and especially the detail are very impressive! If you're considering this item, let me save you some scrolling time, go ahead and pull the trigger you won't regret it!

I bought this medal for my brother, who is not Catholic, and is having severe health issues. I love it especially because St. Benedict is on it and he is an extremely powerful saint. The medal is beautiful and my brother loves it! I wrote to him regarding the meaning of the medal and he very much enjoyed reading about it. The quality is excellent and it arrived quickly. The Cross is not as detailed as the original images show. It doesn’t look bad from a distance, but I wish it looked the way it was advertised. The chain also came with a big knot in it

I was very disappointed when I went to visit my son and he showed me the cross and chain that I bought him for his birthday and the chain is all rusty.It was embarrassing. I know it's past the return date but I wish I had some recourse. So disappointed.

I'm a 20-something year old woman. I'm satisfied with the size of the medal (do not like tiny jewelry) and the details are pretty good but the small writing is hard to make out without a magnifying lens. The chain is without a clasp and fits over my head easily. The chain and medal have not irritated my skin like many metals tend to do. So far I'm pleased with this purchase. It looks more silvery in person than in the picture, which is my preference. I recommend this piece as it is fair for the price. Thanks.
