I like that they are smaller and light. There is a protective film on the piece. Just peel it off. Has an odd engraving but it’s not really easily seen.

The design is only on one side and what sucks is that it’s essentially like getting two right footed shoes in that the design is attached to the earring to fall on the same side as the other. That would mean if the right earring hangs with the design facing away from your face (which people would see when looking at you), the left earring is going to hang with the design facing toward your face and people will see the back of the earring which, btw, is made of what I’m almost certain is the same material they use for cheap fridge magnets and it’s this solid charcoal black color. It’s a bummer but hey, they’re cheap so it’s not like you got ripped off although in the photo they don’t expose that little sneaky-sneaky detail so here is a heads up. ;)You’d like to think oh yeah well I’ll just swivel the other earring to face the right direction— no sweetie, they don’t cooperate with the swivel maneuver. The will sit exactly as they pinned them on.Who knows, maybe someone wasn’t paying attention and put two right facing earrings in mine but I doubt it…I wouldn’t say ohhhh no don’t buy them they’re awful!!!!!! They’re a great talking piece at some 80’s themed party (which is exactly where I wore them) but don’t get them if you’re expecting some quality dangles Mk.
