The weight of this pendant seems too light for its placement on a chain that itself is quite light. The pendant flips over, twists at the “V” of the necklace as it hangs at full length. This flip exposes the barred back of the setting, the least attractive feature of the necklace. I have adjusted the chain length to find a balance for the pendant in the center but have not found a sweet-spot where the pendant won’t roll as I move. I would like to wear this necklace, so am considering attaching a clear pebble or some sort of tiny, relatively heavy weight behind the center zirconia. It might also be that the way the pendant attaches to the chain needs an adjustment.In spite of this dilemma, I do like the look of this pendant. This center zirconia has a wide, flat face surrounded by shallow facets. Around it is some of the tiniest zirconia chips I have ever seen. They catch the light and sparkle. The four prongs that hold the main stone are unobtrusive but well finished, as is the entire front of the piece.The clasp is solid and the other end of the chain terminates with a single zirconia in a ringed setting, a nice touch. The color of the chain is fine, not too yellow, but not dull, either.I think that this necklace would be something a pre-teen or early teen would especially enjoy as a gift. However, unless the one I received is unusual, the pendant needs to be more heavily weighted or adjusted so that it doesn't roll.
