I'm not totally sure this is real Malachite, the bands seem too even. At least mine isn't plastic (beads cold to the touch) but might be glass. It's a pretty bracelet, and the beads are the size I like. I'm giving it three stars because the string is way too fragile. I don't think it will last very long. I also make my own jewelry so I'm tempted to restring it myself before I lose beads.ETA: Decided to order another bracelet, dogtooth amethyst. What I got was the light color lavender color instead. I wanted to match earrings that are a lot darker purple. I don't know if this was a mistake or they seriously thought the bracelet they sent was acceptable dog tooth coloring. This bracelet I returned. I think I'll try my luck with a different vendor.
