Adorable necklace and doesn’t look as cheap as it is but the heart remains upside down if I wear it. Disappointing. It doesn’t seem other purchasers have this problem. I feel it was upside down in the package and got stuck like that due to the style of packaging. I have tried to turn it right side up while leaving something heavy on it for a couple of weeks but it did not help. Passed the return window so I’m stuck with it.
