I ordered 2 of these necklaces for 2 granddaughters for Christmas. They looked nice but its 2 months later and one of them broke between the letters while she was sitting there. I know they dident cost all that much but I would expect them to last longer then 2 months. It's not like she is a little girl pulling and tugging. She is 15 and very responsible. I wont be ordering anymore from this site. 1 star is all I would give.

I had ordered this for my niece’s confirmation. First of all it was late getting here so I didn’t have it in time, then I was very disappointed in the quality. I had paid for the little extra upgrade for sterling silver and it still seems cheap to me. It also has a rough edge where it’s not completely smooth. Also, I expected her name to be a little more visible. I struggle even seeing it, it is so tiny. In the image displayed it is much easier to read/see. This definitely would’ve been a return if it was eligible, unfortunately since it is custom it’s not.

My sister sent meA link to similar necklace that costs $180, granted that one is real gold, but the style is almost identical. So you can get the same look for an extremely affordablePrice.I also would like to commend the company for making this custom jewelry in an impressive amount of time and shipping jt out to me in time for Christmas.

The piece itself is beautiful however it does not have very much weight to it and is very thin. I wore it and was worried about pulling on it and it breaking. It is not a daily wearer, and has tarnished already.
