Was extremely fast shipping it and got it ahead of what was promised. For this, I gave them an extra star. That said, not 100% what was listed.You have the ability to customize 3 lines on the front and 5 lines on the back. I customized the front to only use the bottom two lines. When they engraved it, they ignored the fact that the top line was empty and instead centered my engraving (and increased the font size) to fill all three lines with the two lines of text. This makes it look off and crammed against the red medical emblem.On the back, I had two lines, an empty line, then two more lines. Simple two groupings....top with the alert and the bottom with an emergency contact. Again, they ignored the empty line and recentered my text as 4 lines of text instead of 5, and they resized it to use larger font size so that it fit as just 4 lines and thus now crowds it on the back.The pendent itself is solid with weight to it. If you want a light weight (standard dog tag) design, this is significantly thicker and heavier. But, if you are used to wearing a thicker chain, this won't be noticeable.
