I ordered two of these as Christmas presents for my brother's who love music. The black one I ordered scanned great and it was perfect but the blue one I ordered wouldn't scan, I even tried it on a few different phones as I thought maybe the phone was the issue however it didn't work. Maybe it was because the color or possibly because the code wasn't made correct, all I know is it didn't work. With that being said I loved the black one I ordered which is why I gave two stars instead of one.

Love the concept of wearing your favorite tune but the metal plate is very small… the model’s wrist in the photo must have been a 4 yr old since the plate looks big on that person’s wrist.The main issue is the chain… it is truly the thinnest chain I have ever seen on a bracelet and will easily break the first thing it bangs up against… it is no wider than a dull pencil tip. I can definitely see me trying to reconnect the chain back to the plate when it snaps.

I bought this product for an anniversary and broke one day into having it. The chain breaks with little to no pressure and will shatter at any moment. The only reason this isn't 1 star is because the actual solid part of this bracelet hasn't broken yet but im still skeptical. Very terrible product and don't waste your money on something that will last a few hours at best.

The packaging was less than ideal as the bracelet was delivered broken; thankfully the local jeweler was able to fix it. The Spotify code is also very difficult to scan. It's a great meaningful gift, but this brand was underwhelming.
