When customizing anything, the buyer is usually taking a chance because sometimes the picture does not turn out clear or an abbreviation is added to a word. Both have happened to me with a few customized orders. Not this time! I was excited to see what the watch turned out to look like with the smiling picture of my favorite person. Excellent! Nice! But disappointed that it came in a plastic bag instead of a box, like most watches, keychain (personalized) come. After looking at the picture again, there's a blue line, running across his nose. This is a gift to family members for memorial.

Personalizing the watch was easy. The watch came in & looked cute. But, the battery in the watch is dead. I can tap it on my hand & get it to run for a second or two then it stops again. Now, I have to take it somewhere to change the battery in it which will cost as much as the watch!! ☹️
