Ordered this and was unsure about how it would work. It came with an instruction card showing that there's 3 ways to view the photo. You can look through the pendant, you can project it onto a wall with your phones light function, and you can take a photo of with your phones camera. All ways work well and the image looks good in each of them. The photo in mine was aligned with the heart shape of the pendant itself. Overall a nice gift for yourself or others. I plan to order more.

I got the necklace for my mom for mothers day for a picture of our recently passed dogs. I was waiting for this and it came after mother's day even though it kept saying it would be here for mother's day (but because of travel and customs) luckily my mom understood. I was hoping to put it in the beautiful rose box but when it arrived yesterday there was no box to my disappointment. I wish I could have been told they didn't have it as I paid extra for it. I can't even try to get exchange, refund, or anything because it being a custom personalized gift which I understand but I wish I could have been messaged or communicated about the box before and even after receiving the item. The necklace was done beautifully and made my mom smile and I know she will wear it and enjoy having our dogs with her all the time but again disappointed about the rose box not being there.5 stars for necklace and quality of it1 stars for no rose box and no communication about it
