I bought these for Christmas presents for my neighbor. We're pretty close and try to help each other out when we can. She's a single, disabled Mom so money for presents ready isn't in the budget.These arrived very quickly and personiztion was great! I ended up with the silver color because some reviews for the gold said the colors between the name and chain were too different. The silver is stainless steel, so it's a little dark and not so shiny like sterling would be.Still beautiful and well made! I'll definitely be gifting these to others next year!!!

I originally ordered a stainless steel 3mm curb chain however I didn't realize due to the material it would be a different color than the name plate. I reached out to the sellers who replied immediately and explained to me the difference. They were very professional and generous enough to send me a replacement due to my misunderstanding. I've been wearing the replacement with the thinner chain (1mm 925 sterling silver) for two months now and there is no sign of rust or tarnish on any part of the necklace or name. It's definitely sweat proof I haven't had a problem with it turning my neck green or anything through this Vegas heat. For reference, my name has 7 letters making the plate about the size of a sharpie cap. The length of the 22” chain is about the size of two Sharpie markers. Definitely a beautiful necklace I highly recommend the material upgrade of Sterling Silver if you plan on wearing it a lot.

I was doing some last minute shopping for a personalized gift and this product checked all of the boxes for me… I was borderline not going to get the gift in time for a very special birthday but the shipping exceeded my expectations and came days early!! The necklace is surprisingly great quality for the price and looks like it will hold up. I also love the font options, they are different than others I’ve seen. I would order again :)

I wanted to get a custom necklace of my son’s name for a while now. With many shops to choose from I ended up going with this one. It’s a beautiful piece I like the quality I paid extra for sterling silver and the length is perfect. However on the letter a it’s not smooth and shiny like the rest. Disappointed when you think a custom piece is being carefully looked at while being created.
