The product was extremely fragile and substandardI bought the jewelry for a very dear friend who lost her son. She was so pleased to see the necklace with her son's name Jeremy above and her name Kelley below. No soon as I put it around her neck the damn thing broke in 2 piecesNow if I had known that I never would have bought it. She is really devastated and hasn't stopped crying since. You really did a good job on losing a jewelry customer and probably a regular one. I understand that custom jewelry is nonrefundable but let's be serious she didn't even get to wear it for a dayGood job (NOT)👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I bought this necklace for my wife the seller made a mistake in the position of names and they sent me a new replacement necklace for free....for now, everything is good necklace does not turn black or green...if it does I will let know.

I've purchased a few personalized necklaces on Amazon and I have never had any issues. I love all of them until now. I purchased the layer necklace and the personalized names are done in such a dark metal you can barely read them. They are not shiny or anything just a dull dark metal. Shipping was great and accuracy was perfect! Just wish they would use a lighter metal.
