I don't typically write reviews, especially bad reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. I had ordered this bracelet for my boyfriend, for Valentine's Day - it had our initials and our anniversary. Although the shipping was faster than expected, the package was not the one I had ordered. I had gotten someone else's order. I took it out of the package to make sure it looked nice, and to check the quality and the chain immediately fell off of the bracelet. Not only did I get the wrong order but the quality of the product was not that good. I'm so glad I opened the package before giving it to him. The actual engraving of the bracelet was good but other than that the whole thing wasn't great. Therefore, I'm sorry to say but I don't recommend this product.
