The quality of the necklace is TERRIBLE, after one or 2 wears it snaps. Maybe the weight of the charm is too much for it, I don't know. My son has ordered 3 of them. All 3 did the same thing. You can't get a refund but you should be allowed to get a replacement necklace. This is ridiculous!!
