Customer service was also great when I had problems with shipping.

I got us a matching set with out anniversary date and our own secret saying to each other ❤ there is just enough room for a short message and you can write on multiple sides. The font options are great too! It is simple and perfect for both men or women if you like a sleek look. I got the longest chain length so I can wear it with my other necklace and it fits perfectly. This way this one sits a little lower on the chest but not too low where it gets stuck in your shirt or bras!

Pendant with the names of my children on it was beautiful. Clasp for chain was broken upon arrival. Already ordered a different brand of chain. Disappointing, but the pendant is nice.

I ordered this for my daughter who lost both her grandfather and father in one year. Had their names engraved on them along with their birth and death dates. I was so excited to give this to her. This thing is a piece of crap. The engraving on the bar are so small that you need a microscope to see them. DON'T BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. I'm going to purchase something that is a much more superior product.

It came earlier than expected! The necklace and pendant are both sturdy. I expected cheap quality but the colors have held up. I had it since Oct 27, 2022 and it's still gold! No issues with this item. I love it a lot. I wear it everyday.

Everything about this necklace is beautiful! :) Beautiful quality, exceptional packaging, excellent customization. I loved it — 5 stars. The only issue I had was that it took a little over a month to arrive. (As with most customizable things)
