This item is not refundable once you order your stock with it you just lost the money you paid. Tje description didn't say you need magnification microscope to see if there is a photo inside.I was planning the give it to my friend who lost her son at 27year old as a memory of him. Now I can't even do that it completely not worth it.Seller should explain its invisible or not there.Also Amazon should protect there customer who trusted them with the product not to allow this kind of ps.

we purchased two of these bracelets. The craftsmanship was good and they were beautiful. We were a bit disappointed because the pictures were so small you couldn’t even see them. swish there was a better way to display the pictures so everyone could see them.
