Honestly, I’m not happy with the purchase. I had debated buying this ring for a while because of the unique shape and good price, but now that I have it I wish I would have ordered something else. The ring isn’t completely terrible. The metal hasn’t tarnished or turned my finger green. The ring is wearable if you want something that you don’t have to worry about damaging. But that’s about it for the pros, everything else about this ring bothers me. First of all the height of the stone is ridiculous. The stone sits so high on my finger that it cheapens the over all look of the ring. The stone is also in evenly cut along the bottom, and while this is a small detail, it is very noticeable. The prongs are not well fitted to the stone, and catches hair and clothing. But the overall deal breaker for me was when the discoloration started, please note that I take off my rings when I wash my hands. Yet some how, during the few times I have worn this ring, the stone went from a very vibrant turquoise to a patchy dull green-turquoise.I decided to keep the ring because I like to wear turquoise in the summer and I didn’t pay much for it. However, I have spent 10-15 dollars on rings from Amazon before and been really impressed, so this was still a let down.If you just want a ring to play around with for a month or so, go for it. But if you want something that’s going to last and become a staple in your collection, I would keep shopping around.
