It’s not a labret bar, it’s a Monroe bar. It’s short & I constantly had to remove the front because the back digs into the inside of my lip from how sharp it is. I usually use Monroe bars for my labret because my lip is rather small and thin, but this one is painful and has left the inside of my lip with scarring. I accidentally swallowed the bar last night because I forgot I had it in without the front, so it’s gone XDAlso, the small red gem on the front piece is so small, you can’t see it. Same with the heart shape, so small you can’t even tell it’s a heart. The edges of the heart are also very sharp.

Love this, it's hard for me to screw the usual lip piercings in. This one just snaps together I've had it in for 2 pr 3 weeks now no problems my only wish was it was a little bigger and there were more options of different ones
