The rose quarts has not chipped or become discolored in the months of regular wear nor had the gold tarnished or faded. If you like big rings then this is for you. The stone is beautiful. The ring is adjustable fyi. It was shipped in a plastic bag so it was bent when it arrived. So it has a disfigure to it now that I can't get out. 3 out 5.

This is quite an expansive ring, considering the teardrop shape is close to 1” x 7/8”. Gemstone enthusiasts may really enjoy this sizable, faceted rose quartz stone, which I believe is genuine. I have not tested this stone. I love gemstone rings and was curious about this.I have average sized hands with long fingers and might have preferred a bit smaller stone. Yet, I am glad that it fits comfortably on my index and middle fingers, which represent approximately sizes 8 to 10. Due to the adjustable mechanism underneath, I think it would be difficult to wear on one of my smaller fingers, under size 8. I am guessing, in this case, “adjustable” may mean best for around size 8 or larger.My stone is more translucent than the photos online and very similar to my skin coloring. I can sometimes see through the stone to its metal bezel. Many stones in jewelry may have been treated, as such I am questioning the resulting quality (which again I am not scientifically testing). I am hopeful since the gold plated brass has not yet bothered my sensitive fingers. This is a pretty ring. I am happy that there are many options of types of stones to choose from.

This ring fits true-to-size and looks more expensive than it was. I was able to wear it with other more expensive rings and I received many compliments. The teardrop shape is not perfect which gives it a more artisan appearance. I would buy this in other stones/colors if available!
