Definitely a statement piece, and a bargain. The chain isn’t very long, but the flowers are BIG. It’s a heavy piece. All of the flower parts are beads, so the petals do move around a bit, but mostly stay in place.In the sun there is abundant sparkle. There’s an iridescent coating similar to vintage carnival glass.

This is a beautiful necklace. The jewels do sparkle beautifully. My wife likes the necklace although she would like it more if it were in silver rather than gold colored. But she says it's really sparkly and gets lots of compliments. It appears to be well-made. It comes in a nice box so it would be giftable.
