They come in nice protective packaging but a lot smaller than I though the butterfly would be. For me, it was a lil confusing to put it on correctly but when you look at the picture it’s easy. They could get tangled in each other or other earrings so be mindful of that. When it comes to the quality, the chains are kind of thin so they could possibly snap and the gem under the butterfly looks like it may come out if the latches are loose. Other than those few things I like the product, it’s pretty and good for what I need them for.
