I bought two one for me and one for someone I go to church with. I'm entering a very focus season in my life and with the cross, the scripture and the ability to ease my breathing in anxious moments with the cross is going to be phenomenal. I love it and I'm not a jewelry type person but this allows me to center my mind on Christ and stay focused and just breathe ( no pun intended) the chain has a good length to it and is well designed in my humble opinion.

I tried the FUNPAR Cross Breathing Necklace, designed to aid in mindfulness and relaxation through focused breathing exercises. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me as expected. While the concept is innovative and the necklace is well-crafted, I didn't experience the anti-anxiety benefits it promised. It's possible that it might work better for others, but my personal experience was underwhelming.

I bought this but have decided to return it. It definitely seems well made and worth the money however it is just a bit too chunky for me. I knew it was a little large (probably more suited for a man) but I just didn’t realize quite how thick it would be. Stunning piece just not for me.
