I was very pleased with this purchase. Everything to safely transfer the ashes of my childhood into the necklace was provided. The instructions were clear and I had no problems following them. The necklace looks amazing, has a nice solid feeling to it, and does not look cheap like some of the ashes pendants I've seen before. I routinely get compliments on it, but above all it allows me to keep a small part of my sweet girl with me at all times. I would recommend this necklace to anyone.
