The media could not be loaded. The arm attaching to the base is really unstable and kind of wobbles and spins around no matter how much I tighten it. It’s created a scratched in ring on the base because of this. Unfortunately I am past the return window because I really don’t like this items and would rather not have it.

I need this for a client event to hang lanyards. It was not that hard to assemble but it didn't seem sturdy enough. My husband added a washer and now it is not moving around but is crooked. This is really annoying but I will keep it because my event is coming and have other more pressing things to deal with. Too bad because it would look really nice if it was straight.
