I’m dealing with a 12 year old going on 18 year old daughter and struggling with the fact that she’s growing up. So, when she asked me for this belly chain or waist bead, I was hesitant. I don’t want her drawing attention to her belly! In a swimsuit? No way! But she begged and begged. I looked at other kinds and different materials and figured this was an appropriate style. She’s going to grow up even if I’m not ready, and I don’t want to be the stiff that makes her rebel.I don’t dare say it but… she was right! This is very cute. It doesn’t make her 12 year old body look older, sexy, provocative or inappropriate. It’s very cute and looks nice with her swimming suit.This is also a much higher quality than many others I looked at that were quite expensive. So, I have to give it 5 stars. It got tangled pretty quickly but that could be her or my fault. If she’s going to wear a belly chain, this is a good one to be wear and still be age appropriate. It looks cute on her normal little 12 yo body.If others see it as sexy or anything else, they are the ones with the problem, not us!

The beads are delicate but have not broken yet. The stretch is decent enough to get them on but I wish it had a clasp

Just opened the package to try it on, as I was putting it on one of the waist chains snapped, I wasn’t even stretching it that much. The other one looks cute. I give it 2.5/5 stars would’ve gave it 5 if Iwas able to wear both of them lol
