We put two $100 bills inside the box and gave it for his confirmation. He can use the box for his watch and some loose change or to keep his money and he’s 14.The first one that was sent the latch was off the little tiny nails had come out. I hope this doesn’t happen to the replacement.

From the front, it looks great. Nice finish, engraving and hardware. However, the rear is another story. The hinges on the back look like an afterthought. The screws of the hinges are not flush and are portruding in different angles. That is for the look, the function is the next issue as you are not able to keep the box open, unless you use both hands, as the hinges only alloy for about 60 degrees of travel, which is not enough to hold the lid in an open position on its own.
