Upset it didn't come with a Alex n ani box for the sane price I could of went to the store n got one with the correct box

I am disappointed in these bracelets. Over time the have acquired black spots on them. I read that this was normal & tried to clean them as Alex & Ani recommended. Also tried a polishing cloth, ketchup, etc. Nothing has worked. I do NOT have this problem with the silver toned ones.
