Prompt, but rough delivery. Item looked like a return. Plastic on box looked like it had been rewrapped, Interior gift presentation box was was shopworn, corner bent, box bottom soiled. Necklace inside box was packaged in one protective bag, not 2, as was my previous purchase. Pendant was tarnish free, and beautiful; chain was too thin to properly display pendant. This was for myself, so I kept it, but it would be embarrassingly unacceptable as a gift.
