They were a lot thicker than shown (which makes them look cheap) and had some black coloring in the earring backs. There was also some black on the area where the post connects to the earring. Also, the gold started to peel off the front. I have had gold plated jewelry before, but never had any of these problems, even after prolonged use. They were not exposed to pool water, showers, perfume or any other damaging elements. I only wore these a couple of times before they became ugly and uncomfortable. I could not return them because the return window closed before I got a chance to wear them and because they were a gift. It would be best to try and save up and get real gold earrings or find another seller.

They are very nice but much smaller than I had expected. However, with wearing a mask, I don’t have to worry about pulling them out when I take off the mask.
