Edit: After a couple weeks of wear it has become clear that some of the gems don't retain their color against normal wear and tear (skin oils, face washing, sweat, etc.)The gems are colorful and pretty big. The metal hasn't irritated my skin or turned it green yet. The 18g is true to size and the bar is a good length for my average nose.
