It’s great that they come in all different colors and materials. Some of the ones glow in the dark, & even the metallic ones like rose gold, oil spill & such are beautiful. 7/10. Only thing is careful with tightening the ball…the can split pretty easy.

I specifically was looking forward to the orange septum because I have a shirt that matched that’s half orange and half black, and I was gonna take one of the beads off and replace it with a black one. But when I got the package. It didn’t come with the orange and some of the other colors. Also the plastic rings are definitely smaller then the metal ones but I’m not too disappointed by that because I didn’t plan to wear the plastic ones at all. Over all, they’re super cute and I worked around the color variety and would definitely buy again!

Okay I'll try to include everything....The metal rings with metal balls:(The rings with matching metallic color balls)The easiest to use. Balls are easiest to handle and get screwed back onto the ring. These are able to stretch as well and stretching was easy when I needed a little more room to "thread" through my septum piercing.Metal rings with plastic balls:(The silver rings with colorful balls)These are the over all worst of the bunch- which is unfortunate because they are the majority of the pack. The plastic balls are so hard to screw back onto the metal ring. Once you screw them off for the first time just to get the jewelry into your piercing, the plastic ball is basically impossible to screw back on. So frustrating to use. Also when trying to stretch these rings the plastic balls crack inexplicably.....The bioflex retainers:(The sort of pastel looking ones with the matching pastel color balls)These ones are awful. The balls do not screw on, they just "click" on- badly. Two times the flimsy ball fell off and went into my nose that I then had to blow out of my nose. So scary.I over all believe your money would be better spent on a pack of all metal horse shoe barbells.

Originally gave 5 stars, mainly because they seemed good quality and I got them super fast.Update: the all metal horseshoe with the metal balls are perfect. However the plastic ones seem to fall apart or break in half when taking them off or putting them back on. It's a shame because some are super cute. I actually had one fall apart while my ring was flipped up in my nose and I was coughing out little fragments that went down my nasal passageway into my throat.Buyers beware that the plastic ones may fall apart & I definitely don't suggest flipping it up when wearing the plastic ones.

The plastic balls on them are not good quality Mike broke in three pieces without me doing anything.. I was just sitting there and my lip touched it and the ball fell off on my bed and was in three pieces.. definitely would suggest getting them from a dig brand.
