** Update ** I received a email from the company, offering a refund even though “returned do date had expired”. That says a lot about this company. I will definitely be shopping with them again. There customers satisfaction is a top priority. Sometimes a damaged item is unpreventable and I do understand that. Thank you and yes I will be ordering more items because you do have pretty items and they have great prices.The stone was missing. I am not able to return it due to expired May1st 2024. I did not wear it until 4 days after expiration on returns to graduation. That is when I found the stone missing.

I got this for my niece but tried it on to make sure she wouldn't have any trouble with it since it looked small but it fit over my bit hands to my wrist and I usually have a hard time finding bracelets that fit my large, made for butter churning, Nordic wrists.
