The ring that you attach the charm with is very small, I’m talking 1/8 inch small (that’s the size of the ribbon I put through it and it fits great). The bells are beautiful and are not soldered together, so they swing independently of one another which I think is very cute. I do wish that I could remove one bell so that I just had one bell hanging solo, but I only thought that after I saw how amazing they were and wanted to use them for a different project. (That said, since they aren’t removable, they are much less likely to disappear on you when you move them about)
