as I opened my package,and took the bracelet out, I was happy at how nice it was, but as I ,moved my hand the end came out of the end cap and the beads scattered all over, I thought it was to much trouble to send back,,,but 5 stars if it had stayed together, it was nice looking.

Way too bulky. Charms hand down long and will get in your way. "Glass" looks like plastic. Not as nice as I hoped from the reviews.

This bracelet is actually very good quality. The 4 starts vs. 5 is simply because it is not adjustable. I bought this for an 8 yr old and it is just too big and can't be adjusted to fit a smaller wrist. She loved it though and wouldn't let me return it so it was still a good buy.
