• BLESSED 100-KNOT PRAYER ROPE, handmade of navy blue smooth silk satin cord and four metal beads. Made with prayer by the nuns at the monastery of the Protection of the Most Holy Mother of God, it has medium sized knots. There is a metal bead after every 25 knots and it is finished with a knotted cross. Dimensions: Approximate length of the prayer rope to the end of the cross is 14.5 inch . The thickness of each knot is approx. 0.3 inch .
• MADE ACCORDING TO THE ANCIENT MONASTIC TRADITION of tying the knots so that the knots themselves would constantly make the sign of the cross. Each knot contains seven little crosses being tied over and over, which makes it almost impossible to untie.
