This is very nice, and I was happy to give it to an elderly family member. However, it was too large for her wrist, it slipped right off her hand when she held her arm down. Even though it says adjustable, it really isn't. Yes, it's stretchy which will make it fit larger wrists, but it can't be made smaller unfortunately.
