I come from a big Irish family, where our great grandparents were straight off the boats, and we still have family that live in Ireland… And I’m always looking for some kind of jewelry that represents certain traditions. And I wanted a pair of earrings that had a Celtic look to them and even though these aren’t my birthstone, I chose the green stones because I thought they fit better with the design. But I’ve been wearing them nonstop Since they’ve arrived. The only thing I would recommend because this is the second time I bought them the first time I bought these earrings. I was washing my hair in the shower and one came out and it went right down the drain and I was completely heartbroken… So I found a place on Amazon that carries a big box of those plastic or rubber stoppers that you can put in the back of your earrings with her dang laser post to keep from losing an earring and that’s what I’ve done I put those little rubber stoppers on a pie and now I don’t have to worry about Them coming out of my ears because sometimes earrings do even if they have a nice long back to the earring. I would definitely buy these again. In fact, I’d like to buy a pair that’s a little bit bigger and a little bit longer. But so far they haven’t tarnished and , I love them. I also think they would be a great gift for anyone who appreciates their Irish heritage.
