The necklace came in a cute box and it arrived with no visible flaws or defects. The chain was slightly smaller than what I usually wear, but that can always be fixed by just getting a different length chain if desired. The clasp worked fairly easily and held during daily wear. The pendant was nicely made with the heart giving off some sparkle in the light. The setting was nice with no loose stones and is simple but beautiful. Perfect for daily wear, formal wear, gifts, and for teens!

This is a pretty starter item for young girls who want "real" jewelry but you don't want to spend a lot or worry they will lose it. The charm itself looks like the photo. It's small and dainty and very cute. The chain is super thin and cheap looking. It's fairly short. I gave the necklace to my 5 1/2 year old and she loves it. It makes her feel special and grown up to have a real necklace. She's been wearing it all week, but takes it off before shower and bed. So far the chain hasn't gotten ruined or lost.

This is delicate and seems more like a gift for a child, tween or even younger teen. The heart is is nice quality, the smaller hearts well defined. The necklace itself is light, but sturdy, and sterling silver is always a nice feature. Overall, it's a nice necklace as long as it's a good fit for the recipient.

For the price I think this is a great value. I love that it is real sterling silver and it's a very simple design but pretty. The length shown in the pic of me wearing it is with it on the last clasp. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.
