Just recently got this paw print charm with the engraving and didn't even notice that it had fell off ofy bracelet and my friend had picked it up. The circle peice that holds the paw print had just broke. Claims its sterling silver though which I'm having now a hard time to believe. The peice is super soft that you can manipulate it with your fingers. Tried to contact seller and right away it tells you non returnable. Just so others are aware I guess at this point because I'm upset about it. Definitely not durable!!
