I ordered 4 of these & all of them were damaged in some way, mostly bent & a lot of scratches & indentions but when I contacted the supplier, they apologized & asked me to send pics, which I did, and the next day they graciously refunded my money. Also, of course, I expected the writing to be small, but it wasn't smooth as or legible as it is in the pics on the site, and the metal was darker, but it could've just been related to the issues with the other defects.
