Pros: comes in many colors, 2 bracelets in one, the blue one has 2 black charcoal beads that absorbs the lavender essential oil. The 2nd bracelet is all black charcoal beads that absorbs the oil.Cons: if you use the bracelets individually, the colorful bracelet doesn't last long since it only has 2 beads to absorb the oil.

It came in a very pretty package with a nice thank you note on it. I like the way how the red bracelet shimmers when the sunlight hits it. I've been noticing that since I've been wearing it everyday that my anxiety has subsided. It looks exactly advertised in the picture, the red bracelet is like an encapsulation cuz it has like little gold leaves inside of it and it looks really pretty when I look at it outside. It is so important these days to stay grounded in the world that we live in and I try to do what I can out in the spiritual streets. I also like the fact that it came with a free lavender essential oil in which I anointed the bracelets before I put them on my hand. That was actually really good too because I love the smell of lavender and it does comfort and call me down.
