I've bought Chainspro jewelry in the past and hadn't really had a problem. In fact, I had found it to be quite decent for the price.Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this purchase. My bracelet arrived what appeared to be tarnished around the hook clamp, and the length was about 0.45" longer than advertised. The box came with a "satisfaction guarantee" and a contact email, which I have written to twice with no response. Hard pass.
