Love this bracelet that I bought for my husband. He has Dementia and it is perfect. I made an earlier review about how my phone # was smearing and that I couldn't return it. I did hear back from ChainsHouse, that they would take a look at it if I sent them a picture and make it right if need be. I want to apologize for my earlier post. I took a microfiber cloth and went over the spot that looked smeared and it cleaned it up. This is a nice-looking bracelet and well-made. Again, my apologies for my first post that was negative.

This was for my grandsons birthday. It looked cheap. It was not engraved, but painted on! I took this to a jewler who verified that it was not engraved. Further, had I known this was shipping all the way from China I would have never purchased it. A $23 braclet shipping from China.... The amazon site was not clearly marked letting buyers know that this was shipping from out of the country. Very disappointed. I'm a frequent purchaser from Amazon and this is the first time I have ever been shocked by the poor quality.
