I loved the earrings! I picked them out, but they were a Christmas gift from my husband. I customized with the screw back as it was supposed to be secure. I put the earrings in at Christmas and had not removed them at all. I chose a small earring for daily use - thus the screw back. Two days ago, I noticed the earring was out of my left ear. The right earring was still very securely in my ear. Fortunately, it was found and returned to me today, but without the (screw) back. Now I'm wondering if there is a way to get another back that will perfectly fit these earrings???

Purchased .062-65 ct for $450 with tax for an anniversary gift. received fast , presented them to my wife and one of the Backs were completely stuck, brought to my jeweler and he took care of it promptly. $18 out the door repair no issue the only thing was he said I hate to charge you 18 bucks for a jewelry piece worth $30-35..I was floored.. I brought it to another reputable jeweler and asked how much they would give me for these toward switching out for another pair. " $27 I heard come out of the mouth as a credit toward another" I asked how big diamond was and he replied ..46ct and its a lab created Gem that is easily identified...OMG I could have done CZ for $10!!! I am so embarrassed, I could not tell my wife so I left it alone that ! was apparently ripped off because she feels they are real just small. She is not stupid but I myself fell extremely stupid now for doing an online Diamond purchase and not getting what promised.. :( :( :( I have to make it up somehow to her soon!
