I originally bought this because it is an wearable urn with Celtic knotwork. It is well worth the buy. The pendant opens up and has a small brass urn. It is really small, which makes perfect sense, since it is supposed to fit in a holder in a pendant. I was able to fit a small lock of hair in it. If you want to put ashes in this you will need to buy a perfume funnel, separately. Be careful to gently and slowly pore ashes into the funnel or you will spill the ashes. It is small with an even smaller opening. The size of the overall pendant barely fits in the palm of my hand. Granted, I have small hands, bordering on child sized. The urn and pendant are well constructed. I'm not real sure about the necklace, since I used a different necklace.

This is a really nice urn. The capsule inside is sturdy and large. The locket portion is a bit flimsier than I would like but after filling the internal capsule I glued the entire locket to seal it all. I found this to be as represented

I received this a day late, and the hinge was broken. Very beautiful but very cheaply made. Very disappointing! Was looking forward to using it. That is the last time I ever buy any jewelry on Amazon ever again!!! Returning it back, not worth the money.

Made of a really cheap pot metal so there bracket that holds the chain bends and can open even with the chain in it I lost my son 2 years ago and hate the flimsy chain and the fact that the necklace is so easy to scratch and easy to open that I have almost lost his ashes a few times if they sent the picture product at least you could loop the chain through to seal it but the only thing that's really great about the necklace is the brass pill container they put inside it to hold the ashes
