It is pretty and the faux diamonds sparkle like crazy but the color of the ruby is not what I wanted. To me, in person, I see a yellow based red. I wanted a dark red so I did not keep this one.

This necklace is pretty. I love the aquamarine color. The stone has nice sparkle. I got the one with the stone in the middle and the circle around it. It's elegant and simple.The chain however, is not the greatest and since it is attached to the side of the pendant, it cannot be replaced. The chain is delicate. Very small loops in the front, which gives it a dainty look. In the back near the clasp there are a few larger loops. But even these fit on the clasp pretty tightly so it is not super easy to put on. You can however wear it more choker style or a bit lower because there a several of the larger loops at the back of the neck to adjust it to be longer or shorter (larger comparatively but they are still small loops). You can see my photos to see the lengths and to see the size of the loops.When I first ordered this, the listing price was almost 4x higher. At that price point it would have been somewhat disappointing even though I think it is pretty. Now it's showing for less than $25 which seems much more appropriate. (I got mine free as part of the Vine program).I do recommend it because it is pretty. But if you have a hard time with small loops and clasps or want to replace the chain with your own, you may want to reconsider.It also does appear to be hypoallergenic. I am sensitive to things like nickel in jewelry and would break out in a rash and have NOT had any difficulties with that.

Wow! Love everything about this. Comes in a cute box, perfect for gift giving. Is absolutely luminous when light hits it, so reflective. It just dazzles. I also like that the pendant is immobile and not free-sliding, it won’t get all turned around when I wear it. It has a nice small lobster claw hook. A very dainty, feminine chain. It’s only 18k white gold plated but you’d never know it wasn’t solid white gold. The only issue I even have with it is the chain, because it’s so dainty, does seem to get a few kinks here and there while wearing, just some of the links get turned sideways or whatever and you have to smooth them back out. But it’s not worth deducting a star, the necklace is just so beautiful. Highly recommend.
